Do you have a minimum pax for your catering service?
- Our minimum 50 pax but we are always willing to accommodate your requests of a lesser number if possible. Just drop us an inquiry at the ‘Contact Us’ page and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
When do I pay for my catering?
- A 50% deposit is required upfront to secure your date and confirming the booking. Payment of the balance is due a day BEFORE event date. We will also provide a Reservation Agreement that we will need you to counter-sign. Please feel free to contact us directly should you need any clarification.
The venue that I have chosen for my event does not have a kitchen. Would that be a problem
- No problems at all. We have our own equipment which we will bring along with us; eg: ovens, prep table, etc. Availability of a power supply (plug points) will be necessary
Our terms & conditions
1. Price per head stated is inclusive of set-up, table setting/tray service, and tear down as well as full set of Crudités serving ware as well as a 3-hour service for Canapés/Buffet.
2. To ensure a smooth operation throughout, 1 waiter & 1 kitchen staff is mandatory to be charged, and therefore, cannot be waived.
3. If event duration is after midnight, charges will be an additional RM50/staff.
4. Transportation, set-up, tear down charge = RM180 (For dual-session catering, additional transportation charges apply.)
5. For Public Holidays, double rate for all charges apply. (Except Food & Beverage)
6. Porcelain/Ceramic serving ware, special beverage glasses or additional serving ware rentals will incur additional charges.
7. Crudités Canapés & Catering will not be responsible to handle food items from other sources. Additional charges, where relevant, will apply.
8. Corresponding client to bear all breakage/damage charges in full.
9. The quoted price is subject to a minimum order of 50 persons.
10. An additional RM10.00 per pax surcharge will be incurred in the event the number of persons is less than 50 but more than 40.
11. An additional RM20.00 per pax surcharge will be incurred in the event the number of persons is less than 40 but more than 30.
12. An additional RM30.00 per pax surcharge will be incurred in the event the number of persons is less than 30 but more than 20.
13. Any changes a week before the event day will not be entertained.
**Terms & Conditions for all Standard Menus are not applicable for Special Promotional Menus, Packages, Monthly Deals or Special Offers. Relevant & related conditions will apply.
14. Crudités Canapés & Catering will not be held responsible for any delays or problems caused by natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances.
15. Crudités Canapés & Catering will not be held responsible for any food related incidents consumed after event period of THREE (3) hours.
16. Waiters are priced at RM100/staff & Kitchen staff are RM120/staff. __________________________________________________________
* Crudités Canapés & Catering reserves the right to change the menu & packages without prior notice; however, our representatives will try to give an earlier notice if possible.
* Full balance payment shall be received a day before event date. (NONNEGOTIABLE)
* Deposit is non-refundable if cancellation is less than 1 week notice from event date.

** Booking is based on first come first serve basis with 50% deposit payment. **Strictly no temporary reservations and verbal confirmations.
